EasyMD What it does
Formatting as you type
Markdown symbols become real formatting in place. # for a heading, **bold**, - for a list — all converted the moment you type them.
Selection toolbar
Select any text and a toolbar appears with bold, italic, underline, colour, highlight, and link.
Slash commands
Type / on an empty line to open the block menu. Navigate with the arrow keys and insert with Enter.
Interactive tables
Put the cursor in a table and its toolbar appears. Add or remove rows and columns, and drag a border to resize a column.
Inline images
Drag and drop, or paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V. Automatically resized to 1280px wide, and draggable to adjust.
Multiple documents
Keep several documents and switch between them. Everything stays in your browser, with the title, edit time, and a preview shown at a glance.
Version history
Up to 20 snapshots are recorded automatically. One click in the history tab restores an earlier version.
Share links
"Copy share link" in the export menu compresses the document into a URL. No backend involved — the link carries the content.
Autosave & export
About 1.2 seconds after you stop typing the document saves itself, and a restorable snapshot is kept every 5 minutes. Ctrl+S marks a point yourself. Export to Markdown (.md), PDF, or Word (.docx).
Dark mode
Light, dark, or follow your system setting — easier on the eyes across a long writing session.
